I'm a first-year Bioengineering PhD student at The University of Pennsylvania, advised by Dr. Sherry Gao. I work on the AI-driven discovery and design of new gene editing systems.
I was previously an undergraduate at Duke University, where I worked with Dr. Pranam Chatterjee on developing deep learning algorithms for protein and peptide design, and with Dr. Mihai Azoitei on developing immunogens against influenza and coronaviruses. Recently, I worked on developing models to streamline clinical trials at Valinor Discovery. Check out my Google Scholar for my publications.
In my free time, I like to read, listen to music, and lift. Some things I've been interested in lately are computational biophysics and the science of human connection.
